Mayfield Residential Park is a small residential park with a mixture of park homes overlooking the Churn Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are 33 park homes in total, ranging from the older, single units to larger modern homes. Each unit has a garden area and either it's own driveway, garage or dedicated parking space in the Residents car park. Most units have storage sheds.

There is a bus stop outside the gate which goes into Cirencester, 2 miles away, Swindon, 18miles, and Cheltenham 14 miles. We have a visiting library every other week.

To buy at Mayfield you need to be over 50 years old, have no children or pets and the park home has to be your only, or main residence. Of course, visiting children are welcome under your supervision. Monthly pitch fees average around £125.
