Mayfield Residential Park is a small residential park consisting of 33 park homes overlooking the Churn Valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The homes vary in size and each unit has a garden area and either its own driveway, shed or dedicated parking space in the Residents car park. Most of the units have storage sheds.

Bus route 51 stops directly outside the park entrance, giving you access to all locations from Cheltenham to Swindon, making it easy to get wherever you need to go, with or without a car.

There are plenty of pubs and shops in the surrounding area and have a range of supermarkets to choose from within a 3 mile radius. The popular Cirencester Golf Club is directly next door, ideal for those keen on golf and convenient for non-members to pop in for a meal and drink.

We are also a perfect stepping stone to the rest of the UK with the J11a motorway 12 miles from us, London only an hour and a half and Wales just over an hour – family and friends are never far away. 

A safe environment exclusively for the over 50's

To buy at Mayfield you need to be over 50 years old and have no children. Of course, visiting children are welcome under your supervision. 


Monthly pitch fees average around £135.


All residential homes on Mayfield Park are covered under the Mobile Homes Act 1983 as amended in 2014.


The gate to the park is constantly CCTV monitored and fitted with a high-tech vehicle registration recognition system, ensuring that our residents are as safe as possible. There are wardens onsite 24/7 so there is always someone onsite to deal with any issues that may arise.
